Usually when there’s an exam around the corner, I churn out another blog post as a form of procrastination. However, my lab practicum tomorrow is on the human AND cat muscles and I have yet to master the inner-workings of Garfield. So to keep it short – I recently had the pleasure of doing an interview with regarding my ongoing journey towards medical school. I’m not going to lie, it contains more personal information rather than wisdom from a medical school applicant. However, I think it gives you a pretty solid view on why I am doing what I am doing. Feel free to check it out here. Or not. Regardless, enjoy this lovely comic. [:

  1. Hello hello. I came to your blog from! Thats was such a nice interview and your blog is so encouraging. I am a 22 year old girl living in NZ contemplating a move to California to eventually study med. I would honestly love a pal to give me a tip here and there and answer a few questions that I have. The internet is such a vast place and all the data out here is confusing me! <3

    • Hi there! Thank you so much for visiting my blog and taking the time to read my interview. Wow! Coming from NZ for medicine will be such an experience for you – I can’t wait to hear your stories! I would be more than happy to connect with you and help you out in any way I can [: It can definitely be difficult navigating through all the nonsense that is sometimes on the internet and we 22-year-old pre-meds need to stick together (;
